How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, please call 323.658.6662 / 323.658.6628 to obtain an RA#.


Packages sent without an RA# will be refused.


Unwashed or unworn merchandise may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a full refund, not including shipping.

Sale merchandise are final sale.
Computer pricing errors will not be honored.

Refused orders will be fully refunded minus $10 return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee

Unicamelrose.com reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements.

Free shipping can not be applied to store credit purchases.

Purchases with store credit are not eligible for any discount coupon codes. Transactions using store credit as payment are final sale. Returned items Purchased using promotions eligible for store credit only.

All accessories, hats, swimwear, and lingerie are final sale. No Refunds or Exchanges will be permitted.

You may return UnicaMelrose.com purchases by mailing it to our fulfillment center at the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.




Return or exchange a UnicaMelrose.com purchase by mail

  1. Please include your packing slip and return form.
  2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the form.
  3. For returns, the original credit card will be credited or you will receive an UnicaMelrose Gift Card, depending on how the items were originally purchased.
  4. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. UnicaMelrose.com is not responsible for any packages or returns not received. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Packages that are returned to UnicaMelrose.com or refused by customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee and $10.00 return shipping fee.




Return status

Returns mailed to UnicaMelrose.com may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. For returns on items originally purchased with an UnicaMelrose.com Gift Card, please allow two to three weeks for processing after you mail the package to receive your new UnicaMelrose.com Gift Card.





Abyss by Abby, Baccio Couture, Baccio Italia, Doma Leather Jackets, Donna Mizani, Ema Savahl, For Love & Lemons, Hale Bob, Holt, House Of Zavigo, IRO Jackets, Julian Joyce by Mandalay, Leiluna Collection, Mandalay, Mark Wong Nark, Musani Gold, Nookie, Parker NY, Shahida Parides, Savee Couture, and all evening wear items must be returned in seven (7) days and will only be refunded in the form of store credit.

Mandalay or Julian Joyce by Mandalay dresses that over above size 8 are final sale with no returns (store credit or credit back) due to the fact that they are custom made and ordered.

All Specialty Items / Leather Pants or Leggings are final sale.

Unica Melrose will not pay for items shipped back to us under any circumstances.

Unica Melrose will only honor free shipping on an original transaction.

Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
